Beat the Heat: Your Perfect July Weekend on Grapevine Lake
With sunny skies and warm waters, this weekend is the perfect time to get out on the lake with Rentable Recreation.
The summer heat is officially in full swing here in Grapevine, and there is no better way to cool off than by hitting the water. If you are looking for the ultimate escape this July 11–12, look no further than Meadowmere Park. Saturday is shaping up to be a spectacular day for boating, with sunny skies and highs around 98 degrees. While the heat index will be noticeable, the water at Grapevine Lake is currently a refreshing 84 to 88 degrees, making it the perfect environment for a high-speed adventure on one of our jet skis. With the lake sitting just slightly above full pool at 535 feet, conditions are prime for an unforgettable ride. While Sunday brings a higher chance of afternoon storms, Saturday offers clear, wide-open conditions that are ideal for spending the entire day on the water. Beyond the lake, Grapevine is buzzing with activity this weekend. You might check out the grand opening of Dig World, the new construction-themed park that has everyone talking, or catch a performance at the Palace Theatre. Even with the recent headlines involving a viral Cybertruck incident at the lake and the local mourning of pioneering aviator Wally Funk, our focus remains on providing you with a safe and exhilarating experience on the water. We prioritize safety above all else, and our team is ready to get you set up with everything you need for a fantastic day of recreation. Whether you are planning to spend your morning racing across the waves or your afternoon relaxing in the sun before the Sunday showers roll in, we have the gear to make it happen. After you dry off, there is plenty more to do in town, from the Texas Coin Show to the Christmas in July Sip 'n Shop fundraiser at Wine Fusion Winery. Don't let the heat keep you indoors when the lake is calling. Spaces are filling up fast for this prime summer weekend, and we want to ensure you get your preferred rental time.
